Grahamstown, a quaint university town in South Africa’s Eastern Cape Province, annually hosts SciFest Africa, the continent’s largest science festival. SciFest’s theme for 2014 was “Into the Space” and featured over 500 events and 50 exhibitors including AERLA. Here are a few photos from throughout the festival, which took place between 12-18 March 2014. We met some fascinating people, learned a lot of managed to have a little fun too.
